How to commission a portrait

I work from photographs provided by you. Please send a few clear photos if possible, showing fur and face details. Let me know which is your favourite; the one that best captures your pet’s personality.

If you only have one photo – maybe because your fur baby is no longer with us, or your portrait is intended as a gift or a surprise – that is ok. However, please keep in mind that the better your photos, the better your finished portrait will be. All the portraits shown here are the result of great reference photos.

Artwork is completed on Arches (or similar) 100% cotton fibre, acid free paper. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks from placement of order to completion of your portrait.

A 50% deposit is required before commencement of your portrait.  A photograph of your completed portrait will be emailed to you, for your approval before final payment is required.

POSTAGE:

$15 to $30, depending on preferred method and size of painting.
